Oppo Reno 15 Series Launched in India, Very Budget-Friendly with 200MP Camera & 12GB RAM

Oppo Reno 15 Series: Oppo is gearing up to bring its next premium smartphone lineup, the Oppo Reno 15 series, to the Indian market very soon. While the company has not officially announced the launch date yet, multiple leaks and tipsters have now revealed key details about the launch timeline, expected pricing, and major features. The Reno 15 family is expected to include three models, namely the Oppo Reno 15, Oppo Reno 15 Pro, and the compact Oppo Reno 15 Pro Mini.

Impressive Design and Color Options

Oppo has already teased the design of the Reno 15 series, confirming that all three models will feature an Aerospace-Grade Aluminium frame. The phones will also come with an IP66, IP68, and IP69-rated build, offering strong protection against dust and water.

Premium and Strong Build Quality

The Reno 15 Pro is expected to launch in Cocoa Brown and Sunset Gold colors, while the Reno 15 Pro Mini will arrive in Cocoa Brown and Glacier White. The standard Reno 15 will be available in Glacier White, Twilight Blue, and Aurora Blue finishes. Oppo has also revealed the thickness and weight details, with the Pro Mini weighing around 187g and the Pro model coming in at approximately 205g.

6.78-inch AMOLED Display

The Oppo Reno 15 Pro is teased to feature a large 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 95.5 percent screen-to-body ratio and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection. The Reno 15 Pro Mini will sport a more compact 6.32-inch AMOLED panel, while the standard Reno 15 is expected to get a 6.59-inch AMOLED screen. All three models will offer Full HD+ resolution.

Powerful Processor MediaTek Dimensity 8450 chipset

The Pro models are said to deliver up to 3,600 nits of peak brightness, making them ideal for outdoor usage, while the standard Reno 15 will offer up to 1,200 nits. In terms of performance, the Reno 15 Pro is expected to run on the MediaTek Dimensity 8450 chipset, while the Reno 15 could be powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor.

Oppo Reno 15 Series Price in India

According to popular tipster Paras Guglani, the Oppo Reno 15 series is likely to launch in India on January 8, with the event expected to begin around 12pm IST. The lineup is said to launch simultaneously in several global markets, making this a major release for Oppo early next year.

In terms of pricing, the standard Oppo Reno 15 is tipped to be priced under Rs. 50,000 in India. The Reno 15 Pro Mini is expected to be positioned more aggressively, with a price tag below Rs. 40,000. The Reno 15 Pro, however, could see a noticeable price hike compared to its predecessor, placing it firmly in the premium segment.
